Our Terms & Conditions page outlines the guidelines and responsibilities for participation in our services, including Hajj, Umrah & Ziarat pilgrimage.
By accepting to the terms and condition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Booking and Payment:Your booking amount is mandatory for booking of Hajj, Umrah or Ziarat tour packages . Your booking for the Hajj, Umrah or Ziarat is only confirmed upon the receipt of full payment. The price of the all package will automatically increase as the departure date comes near. Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, RTGS Neft, CASH or through our Website only.Full payment is required according to payment schedules as outlined in your booking confirmation. Travel and Documents:Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. Aadhar card & Pancard and Passport size photos. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and up-to-date. Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels will not be held responsible for any guest who is denied entry onto a flight or into a country due to incorrect travel documents or other reasons.
Compliance with Local Laws:Passengers are expected to comply with all the Govt. laws and regulations of the host country of the tourist place throughout the duration of the Hajj, Umrah and Ziarat. Health and Safety:Passengers must inform Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels reserves the right to refuse travel to any guest deemed unfit to travel due to health reasons.
Itinerary Changes:Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels may modify itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be provided when possible. Changes to Itinerary:The Tour Operator reserve all the right to make changes to the Hajj, Umrah and Ziarat itinerary, including flight, and accommodation arrangements, based on logistical considerations or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Code of Conduct:Passengers are expected to adhere to local laws of the tourist place, their customs, and Islamic practices throughout the tour. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards fellow guests, tour guides, or local communities will not be tolerated.
Liability :Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control. Passengers agree to indemnify and hold Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels harmless from and against any form of claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels Hajj, Umrah and Ziarat Tours. Complaints :Any complaints should be brought to the attention of Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels immediately so that they can be addressed promptly. Failure to notify Safina tul Haram Tours and Travels during the tour may hinder our ability to resolve the issue.
Photography and Media Consent :By accepting to the terms and conditions, Passengers consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials, including photographs, videos, and testimonials for marketing purposes related to future tours. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify the organizers in writing prior to the retreat or program at alsafinatulharam@gmail.comGrievances and Disputes :Any grievances or disputes arising during the Hajj, Umrah and Ziarat Tours should be addressed promptly to the tour operators for resolution in a fair and transparent manner.Reservation and Payment :Booking Process: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your booking amount and provide you with written confirmation. Until this confirmation is received, your booking is not guaranteed.Booking amount: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.Full Payment : Full payment must be received by a specific date prior to departure. Please refer to the Tours details on our website or contact the specific program coordinator for the exact date.
Passport Validity : Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure Visa Issuance: Visa issuance is subject to Saudi Arabian government regulations. Responsibility for Information: It is the responsibility of the traveler to provide accurate and complete information for visa processing.Accommodation:Provided Accommodation: Accommodation is provided as specified in the package. Room Allocations: Room allocations are at the discretion of the tour operator and are subject to availability.Transportation:All Transport is from Airport to Airport except during Hajj rituals. All transportation in Saudi Arabia in a luxury Ac Bus.
Itinerary:Subject to Change: The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Communication of Changes: Any alterations to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy : Hajj * Booking amount of Rs 5000/- will be non-refundable on any booking done in advance and if cancelled after a week of booking (full payment / partial payment). * If any advance booking done and cancelled before 90 days of the departure date, any full payment of partial payment will be refunded after deducting booking amount of Rs 20000/- * Any booking done and cancelled within 89 days of departure date, then Rs.30000/- will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. * Incase any new notification from Govt. of India or Saudi govt. affecting Visa Policy leading to affecting the price of Hajj tour, will be notified to the Passengers, hence cancellation is done then refund will be done after deducting Hajj Visa fees or any fees paid to the Govt. of Saudi Arabia, and booking amount of Rs 10000/-. * There is no refund, if any cancellation (whatever may be the reason) is done after visa, tickets and other arrangement is being done. * Incase of any Premium Hajj Tour is arranged, and if for any reason the tour is being cancelled due to unknown circumstance then booking amount will be adjusted in the Umrah or Ziarat tour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Umrah and Ziyarat
* Booking Amount of Rs 2000/- will be non-refundable on any booking done in advance and if cancelled after a week of booking (full payment / partial payment). * If any advance booking and cancelled before 45 days of the departure date, any full payment of partial payment will be refunded after deducting token amount of Rs 2000/-.* Any booking done within 45 days of departure date, and cancelled even after a day, if the passport is being sent for processing of Visa, then Visa Fees and token amount will be deducted from the payment and the rest will be refund.
* Any booking done within 20 days of departure date and cancelled even after a day or, if the passport is being sent for processing of Visa & Airline ticket then Rs 30000/- will be deducted from the payment and the rest will be refunded.
* Any booking cancelled within 10 days of departure date then Rs 50000/- will be deducted from the payment and the rest will be refunded.
* Any booking cancelled within 9 days of departure date then 90% amount will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
* No refund is returned, if any cancellation (whatever may be the reason) is done after visa, tickets and other arrangement is being done.
